The Role
We are looking for a Service Team Lead/Route Planner/Scheduler.
Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for coordinated, timely, effective and efficient scheduling of all Bottled Water Cooler activities to customers nationally and providing updates on performance levels.
- Responsible for leading, engaging and managing the delivery team, adopting a one-team approach, alongside developing and growing their skills and capabilities
- Accountable for the delivery team accurately updating all relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
- Responsible for all daily team duties being completed.
- Take ownership for supporting and driving the performance within Field Operations, continuous improvement and sharing of best practices and making sure the planning team adhere to company procedures.
- Responsible for providing a daily performance update to the business.
- Responsible for managing internal and external queries from customers and colleagues.
Requirements
Essential- A good geographic knowledge of the island of Ireland - ROI / NI
- Demonstrated ability to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve challenging situations in a clear and calm manner
- A proven track record of providing strong customer service externally & internally
- Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve targets
- A proven track record of leading a team
- Knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilizing scheduling system effectively
