The Wright Group are looking for a driven and hands‑on Assistant General Manager to support the leadership of our all-day dining restaurant, vibrant bar, fresh deli, and barista counter, as well as our growing corporate events and private dining offering.

About the Role
As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations across a multi‑concept venue offering:
- Breakfast, lunch, and evening dining
- A premium bar experience
- A deli and barista service
- Corporate events, private dining, and bespoke group bookings

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Support the GM in leading and developing the front‑of‑house team
- Oversee service standards across restaurant, bar, deli, and events
- Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operational management
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback
- Support financial performance through cost control and upselling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Help coordinate private dining and corporate events
Qualifications:
About You- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high‑volume hospitality setting (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, and café operations
- A confident communicator with excellent people‑management skills
- Passionate about service, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership when needed
- Keen to grow, learn, and progress within a dynamic hospitality environment
