The Role:

Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR Generalist/ HR BP that will work closely with senior leaders and operational managers to drive the people agenda, deliver HR initiatives, and support workforce engagement and development across a multi-site environment.

The successful candidate must be both a strategic thinker and a trusted advisor, capable of delivering practical HR solutions while fostering a positive culture aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert advice across the full HR spectrum including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, organisational development, and change management.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and people initiatives such as workforce planning, engagement strategies, and wellbeing programmes.
  • Lead and support employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with site managers to build strong team cultures and provide coaching where necessary.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, influence decision-making, and support continuous improvement.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organisation.
  • Support HR policy development and ensure consistent application across sites.

About You:

  • Proven HR generalist or business partner experience in a multi-site or service-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about creating inclusive, supportive workplace cultures.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.

Desirable:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit, care, education, or community-based sectors would be an advantage
  • 3-4 years HR Generalist Experience
