Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Project Manager to coordinate operations and oversee construction activities on-site. Acting as the main point of contact for workers and supervisors, you will play a key role in driving projects to successful completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, proven leadership skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You will be well-organised, solutions-focused, and prioritize safety and quality at every stage of the project.
Location: Dublin (multiple locations)Job Type: 6-month FTC
Salary: DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate construction tasks according to project priorities and plans.Produce detailed schedules and monitor crew attendance.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities across teams.
Supervise workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
Ensure manpower, equipment, and resources are available and sufficient.
Enforce safety precautions and quality standards on-site.
Oversee the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance.
Monitor project expenditure and keep budgets under control.
Identify, resolve, and escalate issues promptly as they arise.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or Project Manager role.Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and IOSH guidelines.
Understanding of modular building systems is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with reporting and documentation.
Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
