Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced nursing/social care staff for the role of Practice/Care Supervisor. Our client is an established provider of domiciliary care in the community in the North East.
As an office based role, working Monday to Friday (9-5pm), this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nurse or Social Care Worker who is seeking a predictable schedule and better work-life balance. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing care delivery, supporting field staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.You will report to the CNM2 Care Manager and receive full induction training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed.
To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RNID, RPN) or qualified Social Care Worker.
- Experience in community care (homecare or similar) is an advantage.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with strong computer literacy.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
