Cook/Chef – Part Time

We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook/Chef to join our team.

Working hours are Saturday & Sunday 15-20hrs per week. Salary will depend on experience.

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• At least 1+ years working as a Cook/Chef
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional culinary abilities combined with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a kitchen operating at full capacity
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, maintain a positive attitude, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to engage with colleagues and various departments in a manner that reflects professionalism and respect is essential. Must maintain a neat & professional appearance.
