Job Description
Harimano Euro Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business while ensuring operational efficiency and reliable support of core IT and digital systems. The successful candidate will manage staff and workflows, maintain high standards of service and compliance, and ensure business systems (including POS/IT tools) function effectively to support daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations, staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance to ensure efficient business delivery.
Supervise recruitment support, staff onboarding, and training to maintain strong operational standards.
Monitor inventory/stock controls, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate records and reporting.
Support budgeting, cost control, KPI monitoring, and preparation of operational/performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and internal procedures.
Oversee and support day-to-day business IT systems (e.g., POS, computers, printers, email, and office software) to ensure minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and coordinate with external IT providers when required.
Maintain secure access to systems, support data protection practices, and assist with improving digital workflows and reporting processes.
Handle escalations professionally, support customer service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years’ experience in an operations management role (retail/office environment preferred).
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Solid IT skills with experience supporting business systems (POS/office software/network basics).
Good understanding of stock control, reporting, and operational compliance.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems quickly.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to improvement.
