Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager New

CPL Recruitment is partnering with an innovative organisation within the digital healthcare sector to recruit a Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the delivery of a digital health solution, working closely with clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. The role offers a 28-hour working week, ideal for candidates seeking flexibility while contributing to a meaningful and impactful project.

• Gather and document business, clinical, and technical requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including planning, timelines, and risk management
• Manage project dependencies and support smooth implementation processes
• Act as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• Support testing, go-live activities, and change management initiatives
• Ensure successful adoption and delivery of digital healthcare solutions

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst and/or Project Management role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing projects within healthcare, digital health, or technical environments is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organisational skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
