The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities of this Food Safety & Quality Manager include
Implementing and managing Food Safety Management Systems according to current legislation and standards.Leading the internal HACCP team and overseeing standards through an internal auditing program.
Coordinating with Regulatory Authorities (HSE, FSAI) and ensuring legal compliance, including regulatory, third-party, and customer audits and inspections.
Managing supplier and product approval protocols.
Defining and managing finished product quality.
Conducting audits of LQRA compliance and resolving issues with the team.

Essential: knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management systems.
