We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to grow revenue and support our Community. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their memberships and sponsorships. The ideal candidate, preferably, has a knowledge of digital health.

A strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, improving churn and engagement with users in a SaaS based business. To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a minimum 2 years relevant sales experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to support and nurture our growing community of HLTH members and partners. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their memberships and sponsorships.

Your work will be central to strengthening long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for HLTH Community members and sponsors post-sale
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and value-driven introduction to the HLTH platform
  • Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication to foster engagement and satisfaction
  • Track customer usage and feedback to identify upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Renew clients and support event sponsorship fulfillment and follow-up
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
  • Manage client issues with urgency and care, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Contribute to customer success strategy through process improvements and insights
  • Represent HLTH’s brand and mission with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, or sales)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in or with digital health or healthcare sectors is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event-based or community-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional collaboration and client retention strategies
