We're looking for a driven Small Business Account Executive to join the team! In this role you will combine inbound and outbound sales strategies to connect with small businesses, understand their challenges, and offer solutions that will help them grow.

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions
• Manage full sales cycles and consistently hit or exceed targets
• Build and nurture strong relationships with small business prospects
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on evolving sales strategies

• 1+ year of full-cycle sales experience
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills
• Remote work eligibility within Ireland
