The Role

My client, an established insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team in Dublin 4. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.

As the Personal Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing policy renewals, identifying new business opportunities and will play a key role in portfolio growth and operational excellence.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Oversee policy renewals including review, negotiation, and completion.
• Provide expert advice on personal insurance products tailored to clients’ risk profiles.
• Respond to client queries promptly and resolve issues effectively.
• Meet renewal and new business targets in line with team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor market trends and share insights on pricing, service levels, and product offerings with the management team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support product development, training, and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members when required.

• A minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience within Personal Lines.
• Minimum APA Personal Lines or Grandfathered, with up-to-date CPD.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
• Experience managing client renewals and addressing insurance queries.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and retain business.
