ENERCON WIND FARM SERVICES IRELAND LIMITED t/a ENERCON GmbH requires multiple Field Service Technicians for their premises at Unit 14, Northwood Business Campus, Northwood House, Santry Demesne, Dublin 9, D09 KH21.
The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
ResponsibilitiesService, maintenance and repair of ENERCON wind turbines
across the country (from a central base location)
Responsible for a variety of state of the art electrical, electronic
and mechanical equipment.
Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical
equipment
Responsible for completing all computerised
documentation/reporting Ensuring appropriate stock levels are
managed and maintained in the team vehicle
Adhering to site rules, policy and procedures to ensure a safe
working environment
Adhering to Wind Turbine Safety rule and guidelines, completing
all of the required documentation and reporting
Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved
RequirementsHonest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
Qualified as an electrical technician (trade qualified electrician, electrical engineer)
At least 3 years of varied experience within the wind turbines
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with heightProactive and able to use initiative.
Fluent in English.
