Our Client is a leading agricultural supplier company in the Munster area who have diversified and developed, and offer a broad range of agricultural hardware products for their customers across five retail stores.
Now seeking a Retail Operations Manager for their store based in North East Cork, the successful candidate would be expected to build good working relationship with staff & customers, identify sales opportunities and take full responsibility of the daily running of the business.This is a full time, permanent, senior position within the company.
Responsibilities- Day-to-day management and operation of the store
- Lead and support other store managers
- Purchasing all hardware stock for the retail stores
- Inventory management and stock control
- Analysing sales figures
- Managing staff, including recruitment and training
- Marketing promotions
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal legislation's
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Product/retail knowledge is essential
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & IT skills
- Very attractive remuneration package for the right candidate depending on experience
