• Provide technical support for our existing precast product range and propose effective solutions
• Assist in the preparation and completion of tenders and quotations
• Identify opportunities for new product development and innovation
• Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical assistance to clients as required
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through site visits and follow-up support
• Represent the company professionally across client sites and meetings

• Previous experience in a technical, design, or support role within the construction or precast industry
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction and technical drawings
• Competency with CAD or similar design software (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of construction standards and regulations in Ireland
