Senior Mechanical Engineer – Cork (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Cork. This role will suit someone who can lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and deliver innovative, sustainable mechanical design solutions across a range of building services projects.

• Lead and manage full mechanical design on projects of all sizes.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, client care, and cost control.
• Provide technical expertise across HVAC, water services, heating, BMS, and drainage systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and represent the company at client and project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and industry standards.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Chartership desirable).
• 6+ years’ building services consultancy design experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects through the full design cycle.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems and Irish building regulations.
• BIM and energy modelling experience advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
