Are you a people-centric leader with a passion for digital marketing and team development? We're looking for a dynamic Team Lead to coach, mentor, and inspire a talented team of multilingual Account Manager looking after the clients on behalf of the leading social media platform.

The Role

Your mission is to develop top talent, optimize sales processes, and deliver a world-class client experience that drives real business outcomes.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of account managers
• Own team KPIs and ensure revenue targets and deliverables are exceeded.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier talent for agency account management roles.
• Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented culture with a focus on sales excellence and customer impact.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.

• Proven experience in a team leadership role within digital sales or account management.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing and agency landscape.
• A strong track record of leading sales/account teams to exceed revenue goals.
• Proficiency in French and English—both written and spoken.
• Experience in hiring and growing high-performance teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.

• OTE of 80,000 EUR per annum (Base of 60,000 EUR)
