Business Analyst - Insurance - Fluent French New

A fantastic 12 month contract opportunity for a well rounded Business Analyst to join our client a major player in the European Insurance sector. You must be fluent French and English, residing in Dublin/hybrid with full authorisation to work in Ireland.

• Participate in the implementation of the insurance claims platform, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solution
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Create reporting for various Project committees, Board reports, and Board committee reports to be incorporated in the global programme
• Support UAT during all phases of testing
• Work closely with the Business and Technical Teams during implementation
• Perform root cause analysis of problems, conduct workshops, and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specifications

• 5 years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance sector
• Fluency in English and French
• Business process optimisation experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience in project management and system development
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
