We’re looking for a driven and dynamic EVP of Sales to lead a team of Sales Executives, Enterprise Sales Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, focused on small, mid-market and enterprise clients. This role will have responsibility for coaching, performance, and pipeline management.

You’ll play a critical role in driving ARR growth and creating a culture of accountability, learning, and success.

This person will be responsible for building and executing a scalable, data-driven go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring, growing, and retaining new clients.

As EVP, you will be responsible for accelerating ARR growth, increasing market share and cementing our position as a trusted technology partner in the fintech ecosystem.

This role requires at least 2x days per week in the Kilkenny HQ.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales teams within this remit, to exceed revenue targets.
  • Own and manage the full commercial cycle across new business portfolios.
  • Develop sales strategies and playbooks to increase velocity, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with marketing on pipeline generation strategies and demand programs.
  • Implement rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce).
  • Act as a player-coach when needed, assisting with complex deals, objection handling, and executive-level selling.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Client On-boarding and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and commercial alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
  • Contribute to sales hiring, onboarding, and enablement efforts as the team scales.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for top-tier accounts, managing complex negotiations and relationship development.
Requirements
  • Experience and confident in managing teams, coaching deal strategy and team performance management.
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing corporate deals
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of managing teams
  • Proven successful experience of selling fintech solutions across multiple verticals is essential.
  • Extensive experience with managing new logo sales and expansions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and other elements of a modern RevTech stack.
  • Strong communicator and team player with a growth mindset and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
