As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • New Business Development: Generating new business in line with monthly and quarterly targets by identifying prospects, generating and following up on leads, making outbound calls, and conducting client visits.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and proposing tailored TransferMate global payment solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Building and managing a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting in CRM systems.
  • Solution Presentation: Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and face-to-face, to senior decision-makers.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiating commercial terms and successfully closing new business in alignment with company objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, and Onboarding, to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
  • Client Engagement: Representing TransferMate at industry events and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Customer Account Management: Taking ownership of your customer base, promptly addressing all client queries, and fulfilling all commitments.
  • CRM & Data Accuracy: Updating the CRM and internal databases consistently following client interactions, meetings, and business transactions.
  • Operational Support: Ensuring timely and effective completion of all assigned tasks and assisting with ad-hoc projects across TransferMate and its sister companies as required.
  • Customer Retention: Driving customer loyalty through relationship-building, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
  • Performance Metrics: Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Service: Maintaining a consistently high standard of client service and professionalism.
  • Market Knowledge: Staying up to date with developments in the foreign exchange (FX) markets and the global payments industry.
  • Team Contribution: Actively contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues to achieve collective success.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who brings a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering value to clients. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Ability to Meet Sales Targets: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.
  • Strong Prospecting & Closing Skills: Confidence and persistence in generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex sales processes, negotiate terms, and secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Relationship Building Expertise: Skilled at developing long-term client relationships based on trust, performance, and value delivery.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success while also thriving independently.
  • Confidence & Initiative: Self-assured, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • FX Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of foreign exchange markets and global payment processes is highly desirable.
