Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (Fixed Term)

We are seeking an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.

Location: Rosscarbery, Co. Cork
Contract: 3-month Fixed Term
Hours: 9:00am–1:00pm, 3 mornings per week

Pay: €17–€18 per hour

Key duties include:

Reconciling receipts to monthly budgets
Staff rosters, timesheets, and clock-in/clock-out records
Tracking staff goals and expenses
Filing and general administration

Scheduling appointments and therapy intensives

Requirements:

Previous admin experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
