Customer Support Agent | German Speaking | Kildare Village New - Naas

Are you a customer-focused professional fluent in German, passionate about providing top-tier service, and eager to grow with a fast-paced e-commerce company? We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team in Kildare Town.

This is not your typical customer service role. As a key point of contact between our brand and our customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support across multiple platforms, while also collaborating closely with internal teams such as production and shipping.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Communicate with urgency, care, and accuracy to resolve customer issues.
• Take full ownership of customer problems and ensure timely resolutions.
• Deliver clear, professional, and grammatically correct written responses.
• Help enhance the overall customer experience and encourage organic growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve queries efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
• Fluency in German and excellent written English communication skills.
• Outgoing, team-oriented personality with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining attention to detail.
• Motivated by helping others and solving problems efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret written information.
