• Solve queries for the customers in relation to their social media accounts
• Conduct thorough, integrity-driven assessments to ensure secure and accurate resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via video calling, phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
