Chargeback Administrator

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Chargeback Administrator to join Europe’s largest Airline Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent grad to kickstart their career in Finance.

Duties include:

• Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
• Review eligibility of chargeback for representment.
• Collect, prepare necessary documentation necessary defending chargeback dispute.
• Adhere and Maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration and compliance cases.
• Liaise with fraud team with respect to fraudulent cases
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Team Manager

• Excellent analytical and probllem solving skills
• No Prior Experience Required as full training will be provided. Suitable role for a recent business / finance graduate.
• High degree of initiative.
• Profiecent in Microsoft Excel and word essential.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
