Clerical Officer Grade 4

We are currently seeking a Grade IV Clerical Officer to join a busy and dynamic administrative team based in the Cork city suburbs. This is a temporary 3-month contract with an immediate start and the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality administrative support to departmental teams.
• Data entry, processing and maintenance of accurate records and files.
• Drafting and preparation of correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
• Supporting the team with general office duties and project-based tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a Grade IV Clerical Officer post or previous placement on a G4 panel is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.
