Your Mission:

• Deliver stand-out merchandising and maintain exceptional presentation standards across a variety of Electrical Retail locations.
• Ensure product space is optimised, stock is on point, and displays are eye-catching and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and handle retailer inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Capture in-store activity and insights, helping to raise the bar with every store visit.
• Deliver engaging product training and in-store demos that excite and educate.
• Monitor competitor activity to help us stay one step ahead.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Field-Based, Retailing, or Merchandising Role.
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
• A go-getter attitude – enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to learn.
• A passion for the retail environment and delivering a great customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport on the shop floor.
• A full, clean driving license and the flexibility to travel (with some overnight stays when required).
• A hands-on approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
