Working hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 – 5:30pm & 9-5pm on Fridays
Salary: Open to Negotiations
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Part or Newly Qualified Financial Accountant. Our client provides lending and credit services to customers nationwide. As a Part or Newly Qualified Financial Accountant you will support the day-to-day finance function in a growing, regulated organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with monthly management accounts, group reporting, and variance analysis
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, and payment processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and ensure appropriate financial controls
- Support VAT, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Contribute to process improvements, systems enhancements, and automation initiatives
- Provide financial insights and respond to stakeholder and funder queries
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- 1–4 years’ experience in a finance role, ideally within financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and month-end processes
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
