Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description – • Assisting the Director and Assistant Director with co-ordinating aspects of the arts programme- Assisting in securing funding for the arts programme through public and private sources
- Cataloguing the arts and health library
- Supporting the Friends scheme
- Organising and supporting selection procedures in the case of open competitions
- Reception duties
- Managing bookings for events
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Updating and maintaining WHAT databases and mailing lists
- Hospitality during launches and other events
- Work in compliance with the Health and Safety and Infection Control standards of the HSE
- Photocopying, filing, mail-outs and other general administration duties
