Recruiter - 6 Month Contract New

Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter, for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with focus on Sales recruitment.
Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days’ work from home.
Responsibilities Required- Management of the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting the entire process
- Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent.
- Management off full process up to offer acceptance
- Work with a global recruiting team
- Building relationship with hiring managers and all participants in the process
- Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
- Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes
- Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process
- 3+ years of Recruitment experience (Agency or In-House)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with technology recruitment markets
- Excellent Sourcing skills. Ability to use a variety of sourcing tools, including Linkedin Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar
- Experience with ATS
