Recruiter, contract New

Cpl HR Recruitment have an exciting opportunity with a multinational client in Dublin city centre for a Recruiter, for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with focus on Sales and EMEA recruitment on a hybrid working basis.

• Management of the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting the entire process
• Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent.
• Management off full process up to offer acceptance
• Work with a global recruiting team
• Building relationship with hiring managers and all participants in the process
• Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
• Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes
• Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process

• 3+ years of Recruitment experience (Agency or In-House)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity with technology recruitment markets
• Excellent Sourcing skills. Ability to use a variety of sourcing tools, including Linkedin Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates
• Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar
• Experience with ATS
