Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
General Administration: Answering the phone. Taking Messages. Dealing with general enquiries. Filing and photocopying.
Programme Administration:Advertising the activities, services and programmes of the FRC to the local community, agencies and organisations. Creating and maintaining a database for this purpose.
Taking registrations and payments for activities and programmes. Reminding participants of times and dates. Booking rooms for activities. Creating and maintain a database for this purpose.
Liaising with Facilitators re. their requirements. Creating and maintain a database for this purpose.
Programme Support: Setting up and taking down rooms.
Preparing refreshments.
Supporting the Family Support Worker and other staff members and facilitators as they deliver activities and programmes.
Finance Administration: Supporting the Finance Administrator with obtaining quotes, preparing figures for small grants etc.
Allotment: Opening and/or closing of the allotment.
Reporting on any issues spotted in the allotment.
At times watering of the poly-tunnel, e.g. when the regular staff member is on annual leave.
Food Bank: Unpacking and packing food items.
Stocktaking.Preparing for monthly main food bank.
