Responsible for undertaking research into pay differentials, productivity and efficiency bonuses and other payments; developing and recommends personnel and industrial relations policies and assisting with their implementation; supporting employee data collection; ensuring each new employee is informed of access and availability of employee services and support resources; proactively arranging interviews; managing candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle; ensuring all workers have signed contracts and are aware and comply with company and statutory requirements.
Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in the field; strong written & verbal communication skills; working knowledge of best practices in HR; proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and able to learn new systems and tools; self-starter; excellent learning capability; positive attitude; attention to detail; collaboration within the team.34k per year, 39h per week
