They are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Change Management Analyst to join a high-performing operations team supporting internal change initiatives. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate change requests from intake through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with governance standards, facilitating process improvements, and driving operational efficiency across multiple projects.

What will the role involve?- Review and triage incoming change requests in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Perform governance and documentation checks to ensure compliance with standard processes.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of change requests, from submission through to final delivery.
- Track and manage project progress across multiple change portfolios, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Facilitate change-related meetings, events, and communications across internal teams.
- Analyse feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Prepare and support prioritization forums and leadership reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and alignment on change activities.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, supply chain, or process optimization
- Familiarity with change management processes and governance frameworks
- Experience working in fast-paced or highly regulated environments
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and task-tracking tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly across functions
