The role of the Area Sales Manager – Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers will involve:
- Field sales role selling the hire of temporary, mobile CCTV Towers/ mobile video surveillance
- 80% construction industry, housebuilder/ new build focused
- One day per week in front of quantity surveyors as well as targeting building contractors, property owners, public sector etc.
- 20% other industries such as car dealerships, events etc.
- New business development role, mix of self-driven enquiries, Glenigan leads, office leads and utilising salesforce CRM database.
- Typically four days a week on the road visiting customers and a day working from home
- Typically 20 customer appointments per week, six quotes and three sales
- Average order value 12,000
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers with:
- Must have construction field sales experience with contractors and Quantity Surveyors on site
- Construction hire/ plant hire field sales experience, not essential
- Must have experience selling into quantity surveyors, buyers or project managers
- Also open to security backgrounds and competitor field sales representatives
- New business mentality/ self-motivated
- Outgoing, driven and enthusiastic
- IT/ CRM savvy
- Would consider a more junior individual that possess the right qualities
