Group Financial Controller – Dundalk

Salary: €100,000-€120,000

A growing international business operating across retail and digital channels, is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join their senior finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, regulatory compliance, and effective business partnering.

• Lead day-to-day finance operations, reporting, and treasury activities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage group consolidations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive financial controls, risk management, and process improvements.
• Prepare management reports and provide commercial insights to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong background in multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Expertise in financial reporting, audit, tax, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion advantageous).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
