Overview

A senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations across multiple business units and jurisdictions. This position ensures robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance operations, including general ledger, AP, and treasury
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Oversee balance sheet integrity and reconciliations
• Manage financial consolidation across multiple entities
• Monitor cash flow and optimise working capital

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
• Maintain strong financial controls and risk management processes
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support senior decision-making
• Prepare management reports, including performance and KPI analysis
• Partner with business units to drive profitability and efficiency

• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
• Strong background in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environments
• Experience in regulated industries preferred

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong technical expertise in reporting, tax, and audit
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially focused
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic priorities
