Part-time Bookkeeper
Our client based in North Wicklow is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join their small team. This role would be great for someone seeking 12-16 hours per week. You will be responsible for AP, AR, Bookkeeping, and wider accounts support.
For you:- Part-time permanent role.
- 12-16 hours per week (3-4 mornings).
- 40k pro rata.
- Join a small but busy team, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Processing bank reconciliations.
- Inputting sales purchases through Sage Line 50.
- Reconciling debtor and creditor accounts.
- Filing VAT bi-monthly.
- Conducting weekly payroll using QuickBooks.
- Providing general accounts support to the wider team.
- Ad hoc administrative support as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Accounting technician qualification or similar.
- Experience using Sage Line 50 and QuickBooks desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to reach deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
