  • Your work will support scalable, secure, and reusable solutions across Compliance, Surveillance, and Supervision functions.
  • If you thrive on building robust frameworks, leading technical initiatives, and solving complex integration challenges, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and enhancement of core development frameworks, utilities, and reusable components.
  • Build and maintain critical services supporting deployments across multiple delivery workstreams.
  • Define and implement coding standards, policies, and best practices for development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver foundational capabilities in line with business needs.
  • Review solution designs to ensure alignment with architectural and security standards.
  • Champion CI/CD best practices and modern release pipelines.
  • Act as a technical SME, guiding projects of high complexity and risk.
  • Drive consensus and collaboration between technical and functional stakeholders.

  • Proven track record in Java-based microservices (Spring Boot) and back-end development.
  • Expertise with SQL/NoSQL databases, MQ/Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong experience in data modelling, batch/streaming architectures, and system integration.
  • Financial services background, ideally in trade surveillance or global markets (asset classes, products, and trade lifecycle).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in software development and architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle, order flow, and market structures.
  • If you’re a technical leader with hands-on expertise and a passion for building scalable, future-proof solutions in the financial domain, we’d love to hear from you.
