Montassib Limited, 62 Hayfield, Maynooth, Kildare, W23VH52 is currently seeking 1 Quality & Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure full adherence to HIQA standards, internal policies, and Irish healthcare regulations. Support audit preparation and monitor compliance across housekeeping, catering, and administration.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement: Evaluate service quality across all non-clinical functions. Conduct regular internal audits, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready compliance records. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Operational & Facilities Support: Support day-to-day nursing home operations. Coordinate support services to guarantee a safe, clean, and seamlessly run environment.
- Resident Experience & Service Standards: Uphold high hospitality standards and drive service quality initiatives. Address feedback directly to improve resident satisfaction.
- Health, Safety & Risk Management: Enforce health and safety regulations, identify potential operational risks, and oversee incident reporting and follow-up procedures.
- Staff Training & Support: Assist in training staff on compliance procedures and quality standards to foster a team culture of accountability.
39 hours per week / Annual salary €37.518 / €18.50 per hour.
