Assistant Director of Nursing – Newcastle West, Co. Limerick

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a modern, high‑quality nursing home in Co. Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation dedicated to exceptional resident care and staff development.

As ADON, you will support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and leading a committed nursing and care team. You will contribute to governance, quality improvement, staff support and resident wellbeing in a warm, person‑centred environment.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI pin
• 3 of the previous 6 years experience in elderly care
• 3+ years’ nursing management experience (nursing home/aged care ideal)
• Strong knowledge of HIQA & National Standards
• Leadership/management qualifications
• Eligible to work in Ireland
