Sales Representative New

You will play a key role in driving revenue, nurturing long-term client relationships, and showcasing high‑quality products to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, set appointments, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge; deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure targets are met and service standards upheld.
• Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that position the brand effectively.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years’ sales experience within the tiles, bathrooms, construction, or interiors industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills: English needs to be at C2 level.
• Excellent presentation, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities.
• Professional approach with the ability to influence and close deals.
• Deep understanding of sector products, market trends, and customer needs.
