• As a Structural Graduate, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:
• Structural design mainly in concrete and steel to various design codes
• Structural analysis using proprietary software
• Communicating design information using calculations, sketches and marked-up drawings
• Working as a part of a multi discipline design team on structural design of buildings and structures to arrive at coordinated, optimal and efficient solutions
• - A degree/masters in structural or civil engineering with specialism in structures (Level 8/9)
• Good understanding of structural principals, ability to use design software, and design using codes
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment
• Ability to produce accurate work to agreed time schedules
• Strong work ethic
