The job: Sales Team Lead – French

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to coach and develop a high-performing team of Agency Account Managers. You will focus on creating delightful customer experiences through sales plays and account management, while also developing programs to scale operations and grow revenues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers.
• Drive KPIs and revenue targets.
• Improve team productivity and workflows.
• Coach and develop team members for operational excellence.
• Identify and hire top talent.
• Conduct weekly performance assessments.
• Ensure client SLA targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a team leadership role within sales.
• Understanding of digital marketing and agency landscape.
• Proven track record in managing strong teams and large agencies/advertisers.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in recruiting for high-performance teams.
• CRM experience or similar tools.
• Candidates who have acted as team leads are also encouraged to apply.
