Placement Description
  • Assist with administrative support to insolvency practitioners and case handlers
  • Assist with the management of inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Help with the updating of case files and client records
  • Assist with phone and email inquiries professionally
  • Assisting with document preparation and filing with relevant authorities
  • Assisting with general office duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

The candidate would be mentored by an experienced HR Administrators while learning and performing the above tasks.

Role Description

This is a training and work experience opportunity, no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognized training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection.
