The Role

About You

- Confident and professional when speaking with customers over the phone
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage their workload effectively
- Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
Previous customer service or administrative experience is advantageous, however full training will be provided.
