We are currently hiring Dutch speakers for an exciting full-time opportunity with a social media platform. Language Requirements:

• Fluent to near-native level in Dutch , with a deep understanding of the region’s culture and social context.
• Advanced level of English

Community Operations Analyst

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (B2)
• Some customer-facing experience
• Ability to handle sensitive or challenging material with professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve user issues submitted through the ticketing system (e.g., account support or abuse reports)
• Enforce the platform’s Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing policy violations
• Analyse data to identify ways to improve the user experience
• Spot trends and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
• Recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
• Manage sensitive content with discretion and resilience
