We are currently hiring Hebrew speakers for two exciting full-time opportunities with a social media platform. General Overview:
Language Requirements:
- Fluent to near-native level in your Bulgarian, with a deep understanding of the region’s culture and social context.
- Advanced level of English
Compensation & Benefits:
- €31,063 per annum (base salary)

Please note:
- Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be fully confident and comfortable dealing with sensitive content.
- Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G valid for at least 12 months or renewable).
Generative AI Annotator
Requirements:
- Level 7/8 degree (or equivalent)
- Fluency in English (C1) and Hebrew
- Some customer-facing experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately label English and Hebrew data following project guidelines
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality
- Conduct basic research to ensure precise annotations
- Provide feedback to improve the annotation process
- Identify patterns and insights within the data
Community Operations Analyst
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (B2)
- Some customer-facing experience
- Ability to handle sensitive or challenging material with professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve user issues submitted through the ticketing system (e.g., account support or abuse reports)
- Enforce the platform’s Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing policy violations
- Analyse data to identify ways to improve the user experience
- Spot trends and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
- Recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage sensitive content with discretion and resilience
