This is a unique opportunity to take on a blended role that combines office and facilities management with operational and administrative support.

Location: North of Cork City

Fully onsite working model - 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: €38 - €40K DOE

The Role:

As the Office & Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting various functions across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Office & Facilities Management:
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.
• Managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Order Management:
• Creating and managing dispatch documentation.
• Coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate records of orders and shipments.
• Operations & Finance Support:
• Providing administrative support to the operations and finance teams.
• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks to support smooth business operations.

• Previous experience in office management, facilities management, or a similar role.
