Risk and Compliance Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnered with a Leading Irish Retail Organisation to recruit a Risk and Compliance Manager.

This is a senior, business-wide role responsible for designing and embedding risk, compliance, and loss prevention frameworks across a multi-channel retail operation, including physical stores, supply chain, warehouse and e-commerce. The role plays a critical part in protecting company assets, strengthening controls, and driving data-led insights across operational and financial risk areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and design, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks
• Provide oversight across stock integrity, stock management, cash security, payroll/time theft, and e-commerc fraud
• Analyse data from sales, stock, MPOS, payroll, e-commerce transactions, claims, and security incidents to identify trends, breaches, and emerging risks
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners including logistics providers, security firms, IT and payment providers, and relevant external agencies

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in risk management, security operations, and loss prevention, ideally within a multi-site retail environment covering both bricks-and-mortar and online operations
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability, with experience using financial and operational data to identify risk patterns and inform decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence across all levels of the organisation
