We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence across MICE, corporate, leisure, and group markets.
Salary: €60,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Research and convert new business opportunities across target marketsBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients, agencies, and tour operators
Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions
Develop tailored proposals and conduct engaging sales presentations
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation strategies
Manage CRM systems, reporting tools, and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
Host site inspections and familiarisation trips with prospective clients
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or sales within hospitality, tourism, or MICE sectorsIn-depth knowledge of Irish and UK markets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercially minded with a proactive sales approach
Self-starter with a full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of marketing and revenue generation strategies
